Proudly serving the diverse Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. Metropolitan Areas, our providers deliver Prenatal, Gynecological, and Primary care in Spanish, Russian, and English. We strive to accommodate our patients' urgent and long-term medical needs with payment plan options, if necessary. Though we aim to keep patient wait times minimal, our waiting area offers fresh water, Wifi, children's books, and other reading material. Our Providers

Dr. Jorge I. Ramallo, OB GYN

Recently awarded as 2018 Young Physician of the Year by the National Hispanic Medical Association, Dr. Jorge I. Ramallo is a considerate and accomplished practitioner who provides services in Spanish and English. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Howard University Hospital, in our Nation's Capitol. 

Dr. Ramallo opened this practice with the mission to provide "quality care for all." For patients with and without insurance coverage, he is devoted to ensuring the longevity of his patients’ health and takes his time to understand symptoms and give correct diagnoses to ensure the continued health of all his patients. During clinic office hours, Dr. Ramallo emphasizes that the patients are top priority and strives to lessen their time in the waiting room!

 

Katya Simon, CNM

Katya Simon joyfully serves her patients while combining her Frontier-acquired knowledge of midwifery and birth with her ability to speak three languages: English, Russian, and Spanish. 

 

Prior to becoming a midwife, Katya studied at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, learning excellence and precision of high-risk care as a Johns Hopkins Labor and Delivery nurse.  Katya prides herself on supporting women through every birth preference, empowering her clients to define their birth experience while fostering the safety and long-term goal of healthy mom/healthy baby. She has two daughters of her own.


In addition to midwifery practice, Katya is engaged in national-level work for American College of Nurse-Midwifes Division of Research.  She has multiple publications and presentations in fields of maternity and has a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from Purdue University.
